Flange Isolation Kits
Fraktalseals' flange isolation kits are available both in high-pressure and fire-resistant versions, compliant with API 6B and NACE standards. These kits are suitable for both underground and above-ground applications, including environments with flammable substances and gases.
- Corrosion protection for all types of joints.
- Compatible with various flange types.
- Dielectric strength according to ASTM D149a: between 6.1 KV/mm and 9.8 KV/mm, depending on the material.
- It can reach a maximum operating temperature of 250 ⁰C.
Monolithic Welded Joints
These joints are designed to provide permanent electrical insulation in pipelines, these joints are widely used in the offshore and (petro)chemical industries.
- Supplied as prefabricated elements ready for welding.
- 100% electrically tested at 1.5 – 5 KV/min.
- Weld inspection in compliance with ASME IX (WA-WB-WC).
- Internal and external coatings for maximum protection.
- Available in ASME sizes from 2” to 48” with pressure classes of 150, 300, and 600.
- Standard temperature up to 80 ⁰C, with special versions available up to 150 ⁰C.
- Manufactured in various grades of steel and stainless steel.
