Some specific applications include heat exchanger seals with special internal windows or sealants designed to seal multiple chambers simultaneously. These seals are manufactured to customer specifications, ensuring exact dimensions and optimum performance.

Types of Specialty Gaskets

Specialty gaskets can be classified into several categories based on their characteristics and materials:

• PTFE sealants: High chemical resistance and low coefficient of friction.
• Fiber and graphite sheets: May include internal metal rings for reinforcement.
• High gas density gaskets: Designed to prevent explosions and meet low emission requirements.

In-house Gasket Manufacturing

Fraktalseals has its own production facilities, which allows us to manufacture custom gaskets quickly and efficiently. Once we receive the customer's CAD drawing, we start production immediately. Thanks to our optimized manufacturing times, we can deliver non-standard items in a matter of hours, instead of days or weeks.
